Acknowledgements

The Commission would like to convey our sincere gratitude to Mr Patrick NIP, the former Secretary for the Civil Service, and extend the same to Mrs Ingrid YEUNG, the current Secretary for the Civil Service as well as their colleagues for their positive response and continued support in all areas of the Commission’s work.
